I became a part of the Swedish editorial staff at FutuVision Media when they launched the Swedish website and started broadcasting radio in Sweden. I work mainly as a journalist and radio voice. China and the Chinese culture fascinates me, and to work here gives me a chance to study it "up close".

I started off here only working part time while finishing my Ph. D. in Physical Chemistry at Åbo Akademi University in Turku. It was great to combine lab work and scientific writing with something (sometimes) more down to earth, such as the radio work.

I love outdoor sports and hiking, and also to travel, experience new places, and meet people from different cultures.
