New diets or more exercise? Which diet for how long? What new work out plan? Sign up for the gym or enroll in a class? Exercise more frequently or eat more sensibly? Cycle more or walk more? There are just so many ways of getting yourself to become more health conscious. Setting yourself over-strict targets with new year resolutions is a sure way of making you feel down before the month is over.
Even if it gets a bit competitive with people around you making big claims as to what they are going to do, there is no need to join in. If you wish to instigate some changes for the better in your lifestyle contemplate what you might want to control and how you can maintain any new regimes you set for yourself. That is, if you want to make new year resolutions. It might suit you better not to go along with the crowd in the making resolutions activity and decide that you are running along nicely just the way you are.
Love
The need for secrets in relationships is fine as long as you are the one holding onto them and your beloved cannot pry. Yet you would love to dig around in your partner’s cupboard to check out all the skeletons. If you don’t need to know, there is no need to try and find out. Single Rabbits isn’t a little mystery interesting when it comes to meeting new people?
Career
Finding motivation will help you get into gear when it comes to your career. Comparing yourself unfavourably will quickly dampen your spirits, so tame that impulse for measuring job titles, size of desk, power dressing or anything else that indicates status. Instead consider how you can apply your talents to create a good impression.
Money
If you have left the taps running during the Christmas festivities, turn down the outflow before finances start running dry. If you have splashed out on loved ones, remember you can show your affection without emptying the piggy bank and a generosity of spirit sets a good example.
