There seems to be such a lot to get organised in time for Christmas that you could do with being able to clone yourself so you can be in two places at the same time doing different things. Since you know that is not going to happen the next best thing you can do is ask around your friends and family for some help. Although you love being in charge and in control, there are times when it is better to let others do their bit as well.

Do not be afraid to delegate for it will be the key to succeeding during this month. You might have to delegate sideways and get some help from peers. Delegate upwards if you need a decision to be made. If you have them, delegate to your subordinates, any extra responsibility is also a sign of approval of their abilities.

Money

Stay in control of your finances this month and you will feel comfortable and confident as you go into the new year. Be rash in your spending and you will feel uneasy at the thought of bank balances in the red. Not such a difficult choice, so be nifty at being thrifty.
