Say "Cheese!"
China isn't the first place you'd think of when you hear Gouda cheese, but in Shanxi province, Yellow Valley Cheese is making this Dutch favorite. Marc de Ruiter talks to Radio86 about his company and how Yellow Valley Cheese is helping to improve farmers' lives.
