Good with numbers and keen to work in the financial hub Shanghai? Then you can apply for a low rent apartments in the city's Huangpu District.
The first 80 rooms are serviced apartments in the Shanghai New World Holiday Huijing Hotel on Lujiabang Road, Shanghai Morning Post reported today.
The current rent is 200 yuan per day (US$29) of which the government will cover about 60 yuan. Eventually, laundries, kitchens and a gymnasium will be included in the rent deal.
Applicants must have an at least one-year contract with a company and no housing to be able to apply for the flats.
Huangpu District has set aside about 10 million yuan to subsidize talents in the district.
